1. Overview
Sirrius Office Inc. operates Sirrius Atlas, including the Claude Code Atlas field guide. This policy explains how the site handles personal information when you download a guide, subscribe to publication updates, share a comparison, or contact Sirrius Office through a clearly identified external link.
2. Information processed by the current site
When you download the complete Claude Code Atlas or subscribe to an update, we collect the email address you enter and an audit record of the permission you actively provide, including its purpose, time, source, consent-version label, and any future withdrawal status. Permission for Sirrius Atlas publishing emails is recorded separately from optional Sirrius Office service emails. Sharing a comparison does not collect an email address: its link contains only two public Atlas entry identifiers. If you contact support@sirrius.net or follow a link to sirrius.net, Sirrius Office Inc. receives only the information you choose to provide there.
3. How email is used
We use your email only for the purpose or purposes you actively select. Sirrius Atlas publication updates and optional Sirrius Office service emails are separate choices. We promise not to spam you, and we will never sell your email address or other personal information collected through this website.
4. Retention and security
We retain an active email-authorization record for as long as the authorization remains active or as otherwise reasonably needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect our rights. No online system is perfectly secure; avoid sending credentials, payment information, or other highly sensitive information through an unsolicited email enquiry.
5. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting support@sirrius.net. We will record the withdrawal and stop the related marketing emails; we may retain limited information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
6. Accessibility
We aim to make this reference usable with keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic headings, and readable contrast. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@sirrius.net with the page, the issue, and your preferred way to be contacted.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site or its operational practices change. The effective date above will change when we do. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@sirrius.net.
